Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, divided
- 1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
- 4 garlic cloves, minced, divided
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, divided
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1/4 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4-1/2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 12 flour tortillas (6 inches) or moo shu pancakes
