Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced, divided
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, divided
  • 6 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, halved lengthwise and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 12 flour tortillas (6 inches) or moo shu pancakes
