• 10 tortillas
• 200g sour cream or yogurt
• 1 chopped yellow pepper
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 glass of grated cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 3-4 cloves of garlic
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cans of peeled tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• A little salt & pepper
