Ingredients
- 3 medium kohlrabi, cut into thin matchsticks
- 2 apples, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 teaspoon Bartenura Olive Oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon Gefen Honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
