• 1 large onion, finely chopped

• 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 4 cups vegetable broth
