Bacon And Pimento Cheese Pizza – Lodge Cast Iron

Ingredients

• 2 cups King Author Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon active dry yeast
• ¾ cup warm water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus 1½ tablespoons for the pan
• 6 ounces mozzarella, grated (about 1 ¼ cups, loosely packed)
• ½ cup pizza sauce
• ½ cup pimento cheese
• ½ cup crumbled bacon
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup mayonnaise (we love Duke's mayo in the south)
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 roasted jalapeno, seeded and diced
• 3 tablespoons diced pimentos
• salt and pepper
