• 400 ml coconut milk
• 1 tbsp red curry paste
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 lime, juice
• 400 g tempeh, cut in lengths
• 2 tbsp neutral oil
• salt to taste
• 12 skewers
• 1 cups rice
• 60 g peanuts, roughly chopped
