• 1 to 2 large onions, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 1 zucchini, diced
• 1 and 1/2 pounds ground meat
• 1 (15-ounce) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
• 1 (26-ounce) jar Gefen Marinara Sauce
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• 1 (1-pound) box spaghetti (I use whole wheat)
