• 2 Tbsp Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Cilantro & Roasted Onion Infused Olive Oil
• 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
• 1/2 sliced onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 4oz cream cheese
• 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 cup mozzarella + extra for topping
• 1/3 Frank's Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dill
