Raisin Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup warm water (100° to 110°F)*
• 2 (4-1/2 tsp.) envelopes Fleischmann's ® Active Dry Yeast
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, softened
• 5 to 5-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup cooked mashed potatoes, at room temperature**
• 2 cups raisins
