• 1 8oz Rib Eye Steak, at room temperature
• 1 Ciabatta Roll
• 1 Onion
• 1 Bulb Garlic
• 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 1 -2 Tsp Grated Horseradish
• 6- 8 Button Mushrooms, sliced
• 25g Diced Pancetta
• 1 Chilli, half diced, half sliced
• 20g Butter
