Ingredients

• tablespoons olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
• 1 ½ tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1 ½ tablespoons chipotle chili powder
• 2 teaspoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs (with skin on if you can find them, otherwise skinless is fine)
• 24 small white corn tortillas, warmed on a skillet
