• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 Parmesan cheese (optional)
• 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
• 1 egg + 2 tablespoons water whisked together
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
