Bruschetta Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

• Pasta:
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 box pasta of choice
• 1 container chicken broth
• Chicken:
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1-1.5 lbs Boneless Chicken breasts/tenderloins
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• Sauce:
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp garlic
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• 5 oz shredded Parmesan
• Bruschetta:
• 3 on the vine tomatoes
• 1 medium onion
• 1/4 c fresh basil
• 1/4 c olive oil
• balsamic glaze
