We used crab we had stashed in the freezer); -8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese; -2 cups cheddar cheese, with 1/2 cup reserved from the rest; -A few spoonfuls mayonnaise; -Juice from half a lemon; -A bunch of shakes, to taste, your favorite hot sauce; -Some shakes of garlic powder; -Some shakes of onion powder
