• 2 c self raising cornmeal
• 2 c or 1 can creamed corn
• 1 c buttermilk
• 1 c grated cheddar cheese (or sub pepper jack for spicy goodness)
• 1/2 c corn oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 onion
• To taste jalepenos
