Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) cold butter, cubed

• 6 cups (1.5 litres) sweet potatoes, cubed
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) butter
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) flour
• 1 pinch ground cloves
• 2 eggs
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup (250 ml) shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced with a mandolin
• 1/3 cups (75 ml) black olives, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
