Bulk Barn - Cannellini, Kale, & Sausage Soup

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp avocado oil
• 3 Italian Sausages, sliced
• 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 2 stalks of celery, chopped
• 4 cloves of garlic, minced
• 4 tbsp of chicken soup mix - 6 cups of water
• 1 Tbsp dried parsley
• 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1 and a half bunches of kale, thick ribs removed, chopped
• 1.5lbs of cannellini beans
• Grated parmesan cheese - for serving!
