Ingredients

• 1 lb (4 cakes) firm tofu (bean
• 2 c Whole wheat flour
• 1 md Onion, diced
• 3 tb olive oil
• 4 Cloves garlic, crushed
• 1/2 ts Honey
• 1 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tb Lemon rind
• 1/4 c Grapefruit juice
• 1 md Green pepper, diced
• 6 tb Unsalted butter
• 1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
• 1/2 ts Salt
