• 1 diced onion
• 2 diced carrots
• 1 whole celery stalk, diced
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 8 Tbsp butter
• ½ cup flour
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 ½ tsp L indsay’s Kitchen Everything Seasoning
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• ½ tsp celery seed
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 2 bottom pie crusts + 2 tops (pie dough or puff pastry)
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
