• 2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce, plus more, to taste
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more, to taste
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more, to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more, if you like spicy
