- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 285g plain flour
- 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 250ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
- 1 tbsp strong black coffee
- for dusting cocoa powder or Flake Chocolate bar
