Dr. Clothiers Pecan Praline Bread Pudding

Ingredients

• 2 cups pralines, crumbled
• 1 baguette (Any crusty bread will do. You need about 6 cups of crusty bread cut into 1 inch cubes.)
• pinch nutmeg, ground
• 4 cups cream
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup bourbon
• 1/4 cup cream
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 stick butter, unsalted
