• 2 tbsp Freshly chopped thyme
• 2 tbsp Grated lemon zest
• 4 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp Coarse sea salt
• 1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Lemons
