- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic**

- 2 whole green chilles**
- ½ bunch fresh coriander(dhania (coriander)) leaves and stems**
- Handfull fresh curry leaves**
- Few fresh mint leaves**
- 2 teaspoons fine cumin (jeera)**
- 2 drops green gel colouring.**
- 75grams butter
- 2 teaspoons maziena mixed in a little cold
