  • 2 cups graham flour (see Note)
  • 2 cups warm water

  • 5 cups chicken stock or low-sodium broth
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
