• 400 g chicken filet, sliced
• 1 dl oyster sauce
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 1/2 Chinese soy
• 1 1/2 sugar
• 3 tbsp minced garlic

• cooking oil
• 2 tbsp water
