MIDDLE EASTERN LAMB PIES – Find Tex

Ingredients

• 500g grass-fed lamb steaks, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
• 3cm piece ginger, finely grated
• 1 small red onion thinly sliced
• 115g baby corn, halved diagonally (some here may prefer to omit)
• 150g snow peas
• 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 3cm lengths
• 1 bunch baby pak choy, quartered
• Any other in season vegetables
• Soba noodles (NB1), coriander sprigs and sliced red chilli, to serve
