• 1 stick of butter, melted

• 1 30 oz bag frozen yellow corn
• 1 32 oz block Velveeta Queso Blanco
• 7 oz. block of pepper jack cheese
• 1 ½ cups 2% milk
• 1 jar Kosmos Q Tomatillo Salsa
• 2 cans 6 oz Hatch Green Chiles
• ½ red onion, diced
• 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
• Juice from 2 limes
• Kosmos Q Lab Fajita Rub, to taste
• Kosmos Q Freakin Fiesta Rub, to taste
• Kosmos Q Chili Lime Wing Dust, to taste
• 4 oz Cotija cheese, crumbled
