This is a take on my crab cake recipe. I made this recently when I visited my son in California … he misses home-cooking! I’ll replace the generic fish picture...
Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. dill + additional for the salmon
- Dash of hot sauce (Crystal is what we use), optional
- 8 oz. lump crab meat
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 4 salmon fillets
- Olive oil
