- Garlic Salt, cracked Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika & dried Thyme
- Olive Oil, to lightly coat Sweet Potatoes
- 8 ounces cooked & crumbled Bacon – I like Organic, Nitrate Free Pork or Turkey Bacon
- 8 ounces Blue Cheese, crumbled
- Chives, snipped for garnish
