Ingredients

• 1 tsp each finely chopped rosemary and thyme
• 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
• 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
• 24 pieces sliced prosciutto
• 1 cup Bothwell Muenster, shredded
• 1 cup shredded Bothwell Muenster Cheese
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup 18% light cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
