Ingredients

• 600 g Shore Mariner natural squid rings
• 1½ C panko breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp paprika
• ¾ tsp garlic powder
• ¾ C plain flour
• 3 eggs lightly whisked
• ¾ C vegetable oil
• 12 corn tortillas
• 120 g mesclun salad mix
• 3 radishes thinly sliced (see Chef’s tip)
• 1½ avocado diced
• ¾ red onion diced
• ¾ red capsicum thinly sliced (see Chef’s tip)
• 1½ lime cut into wedges for serving
