Ingredients

• 1/2 Riberalves Codfish steak
• 3 tbsp. cooked sweetcorn
• Rucola
• 1/2 carrot
• 2-3 radishes
• 1/2 plain yogurt
• 1 tsp. ground linseeds
• Herbs to taste
• 1 dessert spoon lemon juice
• 1 dessert spoon chopped almonds
