Mushroom Pie (Sienipurakka) | DeKam Family Favourites 2.0

Ingredients

• one unbaked pie shell
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
• 4 cups of sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1/4 tsp salt
• fresh black pepper
• 4oz light cream cheese (I think this is 1/2 cup)
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 1/2 tsp oregano
• 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
