- 2 cups oil and vinegar coleslaw
- 1 medium kiwi ((peeled and cubed))
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ((or more))
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Tabasco or other hot sauce ((optional))
