Lemony Spinach Artichoke Dip – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups parmesan cheese
• 10 oz box of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 14 oz jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (marinated artichokes work great!)
• ½ cup sour cream
• 8 oz brick of cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup of mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons Fustini’s Meyer Lemon olive oil
• 2 teaspoons garlic, pressed
• Baguette slices or good crackers for serving
