• 4 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
• 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
• 1 beef stock cube
• ¾ cup water
• 700 grams passata
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 500 grams spaghetti
