Ingredients

• - 1 tbsp. oil
• - 1 large onion
• - 2 cloves of garlic
• - 1 - 5 cm (2") piece of Ginger
• - 250 ml (1 cup) Coconut cream
• - 1 liter (4 cups) vegetable stock (homemade or from a cube)
• - 1/4 tsp. allspice
• - 1 tsp. soy sauce
• - A dash of Tabasco (optional)
• - Salt and freshly ground pepper
