• 5 to 8 strawberries diced in bite sized pieces
• the zest of 1 1/2 lemons plus the juice of 1
• 1 ready made pie crust
• 1 pint cold heavy cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
