- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
- (5mm) fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Dressing
- 1 tablespoon primary dashi
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon rice vinegar
