- 3/4 Cup Red onion Thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves Coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
- As Needed Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 2 5-6 oz Duck breast halves Skin removed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Ground
- As Needed Kosher Salt
- As Needed Black pepper
