Rosy Darling’s Fantastic Lasagne Recipe - Intwood Farm & Butchers

Ingredients

• 1lb (500g) Intwood Farm Minced Beef
• 1 Large Onion, chopped or 80g frozen chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 Tin Tomatoes preferably chopped
• 1 Jar Ragu Sauce
• 1 Beef Oxo, 100ml boiling water
• 1 Tablespoon Tomato Puree
• 1 Tablespoon (Heaped) Branston pickle
• Salt and Pepper
• ¼ Teaspoon Sugar (to taste)
• 15 Sheets approx. Lasagne
• 425ml (15Fl oz or ¾ pt) Milk (at least semi skimmed but not skimmed)
• 40g Plain Flour
• 40g Butter (preferably)
• 150g Strong Mature Cheddar
• ½ Tsp English Mustard (optional)
