• sea salt
• 4 cups rocket leaves
• 500g baby cucumbers
• 1 x 400g tin chickpeas, drained
• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
