• juice of 1 lemon
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan, plus more for garnish
• 1 lemon sliced into 1/2 moons
• freshly chopped parsley for garnish
