• 1 lb. pork tenderloin
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 3-4 button mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup water
• salt and pepper to taste
