- Kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup Portland 90 Vodka
- 1 can white beans (such as cannellini or great northern)
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Grated parmesan and chopped Italian parsley to garnish
