Ingredients

• 2 sweet onions rough chopped
• ½ cup of port wine
• 2 star anise
• 1 tbsp chopped ginger
• 4 oz butter
• 1 cup water
• 2 peaches pitted and quartered
• ½ tsp chopped thyme
• 1 tsp minced chives
• ½ cup port - reduced by half
• 1 tsp honey
• 2 duck breasts trimmed and patted dry
