Ingredients: 127 g butter (room temperature); 81 g confectioner's sugar (I added 40); 50 g egg (that makes 1 egg, I added 1 egg); 186 g all-purpose flour; 47 g cornstarch; 1 g salt; 100 g butter (room temperature); 100 g sugar (I added 50 only); 75 g almond flour; 50 g all-purpose flour; 2 Pcs eggs; almond extract for a stronger flavour (I have used orange blossom water this time and it was yum); some strawberries (for decoration)
