Ingredients

• 1 1/2 pound Dried apricots
• 1 quart Hot water
• 10 cloves Garlic
• 1 large Onion -- chopped fine
• 1 3" piece of fresh ginger
• 1 1/4 cup Vinegar -- (see Note at Bottom)
• 1 pound Sugar -- (see Note at Bottom)
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne
• 1 cup Raisins
