• 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
• 3 cups beef broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
